Sevan

The Russian sectarians exiled by Tsarist Russia in 1842 founded the village of Yelenovka on the shores of Lake Sevan, giving the basis of the history of the city of Sevan. The first wooden house was built by Isaiah Yershov on the shores of the lake. After the water level drops, the shore is now quite far away
